Home Extension In Rowville – Taylors Lane

The clients here were excited to be getting a new garage and outdoor living area, the limited space they had before this commenced could really be seen from the first moment we saw the project. The Vision was to have a grand man cave (ie: garage) that could house all the man gear, while also clearing up the outdoor living space for the more family orientated affairs.

The outcomes of this garage extension included:

• Improved functionality and security: being able to lockup the vehicles and organize the man gear and tools from the shed and give the outdoor space the ability to be used year round.
• Aesthetic appeal: the extension and renovation improved the street appeal, achieving a consistent look and feel from everywhere, front and rear, and bringing the home the cohesion between the original home and garage that the clients so richly deserved.
• Increased home value: the investment in going from leanto carports and a flat roof pergola to a built in garage and pitched roof pergola, has only increased the saleable value, with a conservative estimate of $100,000 increased value to the property.

Delivering the finished garage was immensely enjoyable and there were days that we were wishing we could keep the garage, as it is truly grand and we are so happy the clients get to reap the rewards.
